Michael H. Horwitz, DPM

Dr. Horwitz is a St. Louis native, originally from Creve Coeur, Missouri. After receiving his Bachelor's Degree at the University of Arizona in Tucson, he continued his education at the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine, where he received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 1989. Dr. Horwitz completed a Podiatric Surgery residency in 1990 at Lincoln West Hospital in Chicago. He served externships in foot and ankle trauma, general and podiatric surgery at Fort Benning, Georgia; Silvercross Hospital, Chicago; Westside VA Hospital, Chicago; and Deaconess Hospital, St. Louis.

He is double board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and the American Council of Certified Podiatric Physician and Surgeons. Dr. Horwitz is the CEO of Feet for Life Podiatry Centers and Mid County Surgery Center. He is married and a proud father of three.
